How do I know if a MonkeyZoo NFT is genuine?

There are a few ways to tell if your MonkeyZoo NFT is genuine.

All MonkeyZoo NFT’s will be linked to the MonkeyZoo DID for proof it was created by MonkeyZoo.

A genuine MonkeyZoo NFT whether its a Character or Attribute will only ever be minted onto the Chia Blockchain.
All genuine MonkeyZoo NFT’s are traceable via a Chia blockchain explorer.
All genuine MonkeyZoo character NFT’s will gift you $MZ.

What can I do with my genuine MonkeyZoo NFT?

Won’t there be characters that are identical?

Yes and No

All Original MonkeyZoo NFTs are unique in the aspect that they have different color attributes and are numbered individually, but each run of 300 character designs are the same.
To start with as MonkeyZoo is born there will only be a limited number of 30 MonkeyZoo characters and associated attributes, this will mean that inevitably there will be identical images created by users and displayed within the community.
But, with the ability for the community to design and mint through MonkeyZoo new attributes and base layer MonkeyZoo characters, with bespoke rarity of these new Characters and attributes MonkeyZoo will evolve into the most unique NFT collection on the planet.
We want the MonkeyZoo ecosphere to be community driven and the uniqueness of your personal MonkeyZoo NFTs to be infinite!

What dictates a MonkeyZoo NFTs Rarity?

Rarity of a MonkeyZoo NFT is important for a couple of reason.

The rarity of the NFT is dictated by how many and how rare the attributes are within the NFT.
The rarer NFT’s come with bespoke backgrounds, patterns and attributes that can only used by the rarest of NFT holders.
The rarer the NFT the more MonkeyZoo Token $MZ you will be gifted on a daily basis.

How can I earn something?

You can earn a number of different ways with MonkeyZoo.

Sell on your NFT to someone else at a profit.
Design and create MonkeyZoo attributes to earn $XCH.
Design a new MonkeyZoo character to earn $XCH.
Combine attributes and upgrade your NFT’s so that it becomes a more valuable asset.
Create your own business selling MonkeyZoo Merchandise using the MonkeyZoo License that comes with your NFT.

If you can think of a product or business that would benefit from the MonkeyZoo brand and artwork.

And you own an Original MonkeyZoo Character NFT that comes with a commercial license.

Then there is nothing stopping you.

How do i receive my gifted MonkeyZoo Token $MZ?

MonkeyZoo Token is gifted to the owner of every MonkeyZoo Character NFT.

MonkeyZoo Token is automatically distributed to the wallet where the NFT is held.
(This will be upgraded to a collect when you want system in Q4 2024)
Depending on the rarity score of your MonkeyZoo NFT depends on how many gifted tokens you will receive.
MonkeyZoo Token $MZ will be sent directly to your Chia wallet as a CAT Token with the asset Id b8edcc6a7cf3738a3806fdbadb1bbcfc2540ec37f6732ab3a6a4bbcd2dbec105

Do I have to collect the $MZ token?

MonkeyZoo Token is gifted to each MonkeyZoo character NFT owner.

Yes you will automatically receive MonkeyZoo Token.
(This will be upgraded to a collect when you want system in Q4 2024)
If you are not interested in MonkeyZoo token then you can just ignore it in your wallet.

How do I create a Chia wallet?

You can follow our guides page on how to create a Chia wallet. It’s not as complicated as you may imagine!

Where do I get Chia coin from?

You can buy Chia coin from a number of places, on the Chia website you can get the latest information.

How are your products made?

We work with a print-on-demand drop shipper. They have locations worldwide, so depending on where you are, your orders are printed and shipped from the facility that can do it most efficiently!

When will i get my order?

Usually, it takes 3–7 days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out. The shipping time depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows:

● UK: 3–4 business days

● USA: 3–4 business days

● Europe: 6–8 business days

● Australia: 2–14 business days

● Japan: 4–8 business days

● International: 10–20 business days

My order should be here by now, but I still don’t have it. What should I do?

Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:

● Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address

● Ask your local post office if they have your package

● Stop by your neighbor’s in case the courier left the package with them if the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn’t left at the post office or at your neighbor’s, get in touch with us at support@monkeyzoo.net with your order number. If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but shipping will be at your own cost.

Where will my order ship from?

We work with an on-demand order fulfillment company with facilities worldwide!

The fulfillment center will send your order from its nearest center.

Please look at the shipping section of the product to see if the product is produced in your country.

How do I track my order?

You’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, drop us a line at support@monkeyzoo.net or get in touch via our contacts page.

Will I be charged customs for my order?

If you order a product that is produced in the country you are purchasing it from then no.

However if you are ordering a product that is being shipped from another country then an additional customs and tax fee can occur on international orders. This fee is not in our control and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases.

Do you offer refunds?

Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact us at support@monkeyzoo.net or via our contacts page with photos of wrong/damaged items and we’ll sort that out for you.

I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do?

We’re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please email us at support@monkeyzoo.net or get in touch via our contacts page within a weeks’ time with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!

Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?

At this time, we don’t offer exchanges. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out our sizing charts—we have one for every item listed on our store, in the product description section. Though rare, it’s possible that an item you ordered was mislabeled. If that’s the case, please let us know at support@monkeyzoo.net or via our contacts page within a week after receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll send you a new one, or issue a refund!
